Selection Internal and external candidates who meet the requirements for the position in question are invited to the selection procedure. After reviewing the applications and shortlisting of candidates, the first interview is conducted by a Human Resources (HR) professional. If the candidate’s personal and expertise qualities and practical experience matches the profile of the suitable candidate, they are recommended to the next round of the selection process. The number of interview rounds varies (three is the minimum). Our company reserves the right to use various assessment techniques and instruments within the selection methodology framework, e.g. the Assessment Centre. If the need arises to validate the candidate’s previous experience, a HR professional will ask the candidate to supply adequate references.
Selection Results The candidate is always informed of the result of the selection process by a HR professional no later than one month from the date of the interview.
