Novartis Czech Republic was established as a successor to Ciba-Geigy Ltd. and Sandoz AG on 26.2.1997. The current name of our company in the Czech Republic is Novartis s.r.o. and registered office is based on Na Pankráci 1724/129, Prague 4. Novartis s.r.o. is part of the Novartis concern. The Novartis Group includes Sandoz which have also offices in Prague.
Until April 9, 2019 Alcon was a division of the Novartis Group. Alcon has been diveded from Novartis and is now a separate, publicly traded company. Alcon's mission is to provide innovative products that improve the quality of life by helping people see better.
